Legacy Burpee Blitz

It’s simple; each round is 1 minute long. Your goal is to complete 10 burpees inside that minute. Once you’ve hit 10 STOP, wait for the next round to start & hit your 10 again. Your only rest is the difference in time between your 10th burped and the start of the new round. You HAVE TO complete at least 1 burpee in each round to advance to the next round. WORKOUT = 20 Rounds

A Legacy Burpee = When you go to the ground (on your chest) your hands must come up before you can get up to complete the burpee. You do not need to jump once you are up…you’re welcome!
