We also have excellent group training, both indoor and outdoor in Sugar Land and Missouri City as well as an absolutely incredible and customized corporate wellness program. Owner & Trainer

Jan-Michael understands the importance of hard work and focus. He developed Legacy Fitness to help others reach their personal fitness and wellness goals following his personal motto of “Mind, body and soul.” 


Missi Krause


Missi focuses on goal oriented personal training.  She helps her clients set realistic and attainable goals. Missi believes the only way to achieve long lasting results is with a combination of strength training, cardiovascular workouts, and proper nutrition. 


Heather Skarke


Heather’s concentration is helping clients meet their individual fitness goals. She focuses on individual and group strength training, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular exercise. Her belief is simple: (all) Heart, Health, and Happiness.
