Cucumbers – Not Just For Your Salad!

It’s summer, and that means peak season for cucs! Here are a few different ways from the normal salad accessory to use cucumbers AND help you get the water intake your body needs! It’s a great way to help your body detox, and an even better way to refresh on a hot summer day in Texas!

CUCUMBER WATER

One cucumber, washed, peeled, sliced

1 pitcher water

Put cucumbers in water, stir, let steep for at least an hour in the refrigerator. Serve over ice. Garnish with a slice of cuc!
