Personal Training

Personal training is the perfect form of accountability, its hard to hide when you have a session with your training coming up. Here at Legacy Fitness we pride ourselves on our passion and personal touches. We understand all to well that this is a team sport. That is why we customize every workout to the specific individual. Tailored around their goals, desires and even hurdles in their daily lives.

But working out and exercise by itself is not the only answer. That is why we also work with all of our personal clients on a nutrition strategy that suits their life and puts them on the fast track to hitting their goals.

GROUP FITNESS

Our group sessions focus on developing that lean sexy muscle. The absolute best way to burn fat off and shred those unwanted pounds is by adding lean muscle to your body. We train using varying forms of plyometrics, strength training, muscle endurance, HIIT training and kettlebells to make that happen. But as we’ve always said, you can’t out workout a bad diet.

The sessions are exciting, motivating and encouraging with a genuine family feel that will really rock your body and develop the confidence you want in the bedroom and at the pool.
