• How much does it cost and how do I reserve a spot?

    Unlimited outdoor fitness is varies per location. To guarantee your spot in a class you first must click the link to our MindBody site and create a login. From there you can register for an open class. Click here to see all our class schedule and our other options on MINDBODY®.

  • Is there a joining fee?

    No joining fee. Ever. In fact, your first session is absolutely free.

  • Is there a waiting list?

    That depends on which location you are trying to go to. You must register for the classes at the Missouri City location but can simply call or email about classes in Sugar Land. Legacy Fitness is open to anyone willing to put in hard work and dedicate themselves to reshaping their life.

  • What happens if I have to cancel?

    Training is prepaid on a month-to-month basis. Because the classes have a max number allowed it is nice and respectful towards your other teammates to go to your MIndBody account and unschedule yourself. We DO NOT offer refunds for missed classes. Our job is to design and incredible program that guarantees you’ll hit all your goals; your job is to show up.

  • Can I try Legacy Fitness before joining?

    Absolutely. The first session is always free.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No. But we do offer discounted rates to those that sign up under our month-to-month autopay contract. While payments schedules are month-to-month, we do offer price breaks for M2M contracts as well as 3-month contracts (paid in advance).

  • What type of exercise should I expect?

    A Legacy Fitness workout is unlike anything you’ll ever experience. To us, it’s about more than simply burning a few calories (typically 600-1,000). What you can expect is hard work, lots of sweat, fun, laughter and building life-long relationships. To achieve the greatest results, our training is designed to keep your mind and body guessing with:

  • What type of clothing should I wear?

    You won’t need any special gear to get the most out of our training. Wear loose, breathable, comfortable clothing that allows for flexibility.We also recommend bringing gloves with you…you never know when you’ll need them!

  • Do I need to bring towels or mats?

    Towels and water are always a great idea.You can bring a mat but we supply most of everything you’ll need.

  • What happens if I arrive late to class?

    You will be made an example of. Just kidding! You’re more than welcome to warm up by yourself or have a coach catch you up until you’re ready to jump in with the rest of the team.

  • What is the minimum age to join?

    Individuals must be 18 or older to join on their own. Otherwise, you must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

  • Are there any discounts available?

    While we don’t offer student discounts, we do offer discounted rates for all active military, police, firefighters, first responders and teachers.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept cash, check or major credit cards.

  • What happens if I need to skip a session?

    All training is at-will. In order to see greater results, we encourage all participants to attend regularly. Should you need to miss a session, we only ask that you inform your trainer.

  • How fit do I have to be before joining?

    At Legacy Fitness, you don’t have to be in shape to get in shape. Our only measure of success is in helping you get to where you want to be. Every exercise can be modified to work best for you. You can break when you need a break or get water when you’re thirsty. The only thing we ask is that you remain accountable to yourself and your teammates.

  • Is there a fitness test?

    Yes. We perform a routine fitness test to help you quantify your success every 2 months.

  • Are classes safe?

    We take your safety seriously. All training is supervised to make sure proper techniques are in place. Most injuries happen when you’re tired. At Legacy Fitness, that’s when we dig in and focus on your safety the hardest.

  • If I have a pre-existing physical limitation, am I eligible?

    We handle this on a case-by-case basis. If the condition prevents you from being actively involved or performing any of the training safely, we can offer personal training tailored to meet your needs.

  • Where does training take place?

    Currently we offer training at our Sugar Land and Missouri City location. In the event that the training site needs to change, all participants will be notified via website, email or text.

  • What equipment do you use?

    We use exercise bands, kettlebells, tractor tires, sledge hammers, jump ropes, mats, pull-up bars, exercise balls, battle ropes, your own body weight and a dash of good old-fashioned gravity.

  • Will I be shown proper equipment usage?

    You will always be shown proper safety techniques on all equipment. Additional instruction is also provided throughout training to ensure everyone’s safety.

  • Is there free parking available?
