• Rounders 20’s

    In sequential order, perform every exercise you can in the given time frame. At the beginning of each set, start back at the top of the list working your way down. For your final set go until you complete everything.

    The Challenge

    • Round ONE – 3 minutes

      Rest 60 sec.
    • Round TWO – 4 minutes

      Rest 90 sec.
    • Round THREE – 5 minutes

      Rest 120 sec.
    • Round FOUR – 6 minutes

      Rest 180 sec.
    • Round FIVE – complete all

    Exercises are:

    • 100 yard run
    • 20 Alt. arm KB swings
    • 20 KB squat presses
    • 20 Pike push-ups
    • 20 KB upright row squats
    • 20 KB curls
    • 20 Tricep overhead kickouts
    • 20 B/O rows
    • 20 KB pullovers
    • 20 Bicycles
